Great location, mediocre furnishings, no real view.

The location Robertson Quay is excellent- near the Fort Canning MRT and within walking distance of many sights. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very nice and prompt.

The floor to ceiling windows look out on mostly roofs and into homes across the way. This is not my idea of a view apartment. The furnishings are colorless IKEA items. It was so grim I did not invite my family over for drinks or a meal.

Good location, nice apartment.

Did not resond to any of my emails about refund of damage deposit. The deposit should have been returned within 7 days. I have now waited 19 days. We left the apartment in perfect condition and have not received any complaints. I have now contacted Booking.com to solve this issue.

Restaurants near by

Walk with heavy luggage more than 100 meters to the room from taxi. Mert a staff to get a key was annoying for the travellers from overseas

„Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit undurchsichtiger Schlüsselübergabe.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, schöne Aussicht, helle, freundliche Wohnung. Fantastischer Pool. Handtücher und Pflegeartikel im Bad großzügig vorhanden. Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, sodass immer Eis vorhanden war.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war merkwürdig. Die Telefonnummern und Namen der Ansprechpartner wechselten ständig. Auch der Ort der Schlüsselübergabe wurde kurzfristig geändert und wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob diese Vermietung im rigorosen Singapur legal ist. Küchenausstattung sehr spartanisch: ein paar Gläser mehr und ein Geschirrtrockentuch wären hilfreich.

Gute Lage und toller Pool

Wir hatten ein Appartement für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Leider war es insgesamt nur 1 Raum, da es zwischen Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer keine Tür gab und statt eines richtigen Schlafsofas war es nur ein 170cm langes Kinderbett. Die 3. Person musste also auf dem Boden schlafen

「暮らすようなシンガポール」

4泊しました。この辺のサービスアパートは最低７泊のところが多いですが、ここは多分１泊から可能でお値打ち価格と思います。個人所有コンドをエージェントが貸出管理しているといった感じでしょうか。エージェントとの待ち合わせはタクシースタンドでしたが、問題なく会えました。コンドは隣の建物で徒歩１分。部屋は写真と同じ。９FのモハメドサルタンRd側で、ベランダは四角い広いタイプではなく、細長いタイプでした。ルームクリーニングは一週間に一回とのことで滞在中は入りませんでした。これは一長一短です。私はかえって心配なく出歩けました。この辺はオープン席のおしゃれな飲食店が多く、夜はにぎわいます。和食もたくさん。スーパーやバス停には徒歩３分、MRTの駅には徒歩５分ぐらい。シンガポールリバーには徒歩１分、川沿いの朝と夜は快適です。ランナーもたくさんで、マーライオンへも川沿いを行けます。

セーフティボックスはありませんが、簡単なカギがかかる引き出しがあります。帰りの飛行機が22:20だったのでチェックアウト後の荷物の置き場に苦労しました。フロントのような機能がないので預かってくれません。早着の場合も同じと思います。

«Прекрасная квартира.»

Прекрасная квартира. Уютная, чистая. Есть все: от фена, до стиральной машины. Очень удобная двуспальная кровать. Месторасположение идеальное. А какой бассейн!!! Людей на нем практически не бывает.

Мы отдыхали втроём. И пришлось по очереди спать на кушетке. Потому что она очень неудобная ни для взрослого, ни для ребёнка.

The host was literally there when I got out of the cab. Location is perfect. Condo also had washing machine and kitchen.

Pleasant location to use as a home base to wakeup to plan the days outing and return to.

Good location. The pool was lovely. Restaurants and bars in the mall walk. Shopping centre close by in UE Square. Easy walk to the Fort Canning MRT. Easy to get a taxi. Nice walk along the river bank to the the coast on both sides of the river.

One of the air-conditioner units was loud. Would have like an air extractor in the bathroom, had to wait for the mirror to clear befor use or use it first. airer was good, would like tp put socks somewhere.

Comfortable apartment in a great central location, with an excellent swimming pool.

Location excellent. Apartment was reasonably comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great swimming pool in the block.

Draining of bathroom sink and shower was slow. No cafetière or coffee filter machine, and not many cups/mugs to drink from - we had to boy one whilst we were there. Sofa was low and uncomfortable to sit on.

Leaking toilet pipes

The pool is amazing: big, clean and sunny! Small waterfall and big trees next to the pool. The apartment has high ceilings, has a lot of air and space. The balcony is very good, table with 2 chairs, amazing place to have breakfast and evening drinks! Sun is on the balcony in the evening. Comfortable bed, very smooth linens fabric.

Too few tableware. Location is not perfect, most of the attractions are at least 2 kilometers away. During our stay, water started leaking from the toilet pipes on the bathroom floor. We reported the case to the owner. For 4 days technicians were coming to check on the problem, but no working solutions were done. Bathroom floor was wet all the time, like a small lake. The owner said, "you can use the toilet, but just do not flush" :) There were cockroaches in the kitchen.

Great location and quiet considering it was in a busy area.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable even with the added thin mattress on top. Fortunately there were a few spare similar mattresses in the storage cupboard so we put a few on the floor which made it sleepable on. Main bed was fine. Only two mugs which would not be useful if 3 or 4 were to stay (I’d recommend not more than 3 though).

Great place to be

In a fantastic position close to everything that is going on, restaurants, nightlife river etc. Supermarket just over the road, superb wifi. One of the best swimming pool in the world. All transportation within just a few minutes. Balcony which was lovely to watch the world go by.
